I 800A package arrived to USCIS office today! 90 days or less remaining on this now...
Apostille request for our FBI background check should arrive at US Dept of State tomorrow - delivery attempted today but I had the wrong zip code - ouch! This has been a major headache since the Secretary of State will no longer even touch this document - we found this out the hard way when we went in person and they rejected it despite my begging and pleading and attempting to clarify since this is the way they have always done it...well, not anymore - new policy! These should arrive sometime within the next 3-4 weeks.
Family photo pages for our dossier (to give to our new daughters) are finished, printed and ready to send off with dossier package later this week. This has been the never-ending project and we are definitely thrilled that this is done finally.
This week a copy of our home study will be apostilled in person and this is the final item we are waiting for so we can send off most of our dossier to CHI - minus the two items listed above we are still waiting on!
