A new year and FINALLY a new post!

What's new?  We are all still alive & well!  It has been one year since we relocated and things are settling down.  We found a church home.  Karl's job is quite busy but going well.  The children are doing fantastic.  We began homeschooling at the end of August.  That decision has been a major change for everyone but it has been a really, really good one.  The Lord has been working on all five of us - growing us in every way!  It has been exciting to see the continual transformation in our family as we read God's Word and obey His promptings.

A major area of our life where the Lord has been working is in the area of family expansion.  Yes, we have talked & talked about adopting again.  But there comes a time when the "dust" settles and life gets comfortable...predictable.  It becomes cozy and safe.  One might want to snuggle up to it and never let it go!  So, the Lord has prodded me along in this area especially and given me a really heavy burden to o-b-e-y!  Karl has felt major conviction from the Lord too.

Well, we are now in full swing of a second adoption process!

With everything going on, setting up a new blog has been a long, drawn-out process to say the least!

We are going to maintain our other blog and basically, Karl is planning to post from a Papi's perspective.  Our original blog will remain open to the public while this blog will be invitation only.

We would love to follow your new blog. We look forward to being in process for a second adoption at the same time.
