Another bit of exciting news is that we were FINALLY approved to put up a fence!!! And better than that, we were approved to put up a 6 foot privacy fence!!! We have been waiting since last fall for approval with our homeowners association & property management company that oversees our subdivision enforcement of all the rules. So, it has been worth the wait because if we had received approval earlier, we would have put up the standard approved height. Anyway, now we just have to get some bids again and then schedule it. We pretty much already know what style and wood we want so that is easy. Karl said he wants the fence because it will be a good provision so that the kids can run out and play and not have to worry about them and so we can enjoy the outdoors more as a family. Yippee!
