We got an offer from the buyers yesterday and then countered. Today we found out that they accepted our offer. We came down and they went up. We are so thankful - casa blanca has a contract after one more set of signatures we are waiting on! Then they have 14 days to have their inspection done. Anyway, we are so happy because it has been less than 3 weeks! Yippee! We hope and pray that all will progress without any problems.
We met with a couple of subdivisions here to inquire about housing options but it took a lot of time and was not very helpful. We are not sure what we will do about where to live since we have not found anything quite "right" yet but it is wonderful that we will have money freed up with the sale of casa blanca!
The kids are doing great. They have been so patient and well-behaved. They have had to do a lot of waiting around and lots of being quiet.
Tomorrow we will visit another iglesia. It is a Bible Church and their website looks really great. We are hoping that it will be a good experience.
We are getting around the area pretty well. The GPS helps a lot! We are liking the area more and more and it is all feeling less foreign. The kids seem happy driving around and visiting places. We are definitely SO happy just being TOGETHER!
We are very encouraged that it looks like our house is almost sold which will definitely open up other options for us! Thank you to all who are so kindly praying for us!!! Oh, we are so grateful!

PS One of the couples in the Adoption Bible Study that just finished wants to adopt a sibling group from Columbia!! You have been a great example to them. :)

Congratulations! I am so happy for you and I'm sure that takes a lot of the stress off of you to have the house sold.
